This is for a custom design based on your special requests.  When choosing this option, please have a clear view of what you want for the product, as the design process is time consuming.  I will work with you until you are satisfied with the design or I will refund your money and list the design on my site. 

Price is for 1 sheet of 30 Labels measuring 2.63 x 1

MINIMUM ORDER OF 5 SHEETS

A photo can be used.

In the text box below, please include the following:

1. Your theme/ look that you are wanting
2. Color scheme
3. Name on the label
4. Address for the label
5. Special reqests, if any

6. Please specify your font choice or I will use what I feel is best suited.

Please allow 5 business days for your proof.

If you are wanting to match the label to your own invitation or something else, please provide a link or upload an image for me to see what I should match. I cannot copy the design, but will do a design to compliment your item.
