Custom Gift Tag

Product Information

This is for a custom design based on your special requests.  When choosing this option, please have a clear view of what you want for the product, as the design process is time consuming.  I will work with you until you are satisfied with the design or I will refund your money and list the design on my site. 

These come in quantities of 12 with a minimum of 24 tags.

These measure 2.5 inches x 2.5 inches square and are printed on 110lb white cardstock.

A photo can be added.

2. Color scheme
3. Name/ Initials
4. Wording that you want used
5. Special reqests, if any
6. Please specify your font choice or I will use what I feel is best suited.
