CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN & SIZE:::

Look thru all of our items and find the one that is perfect for you! Don't forget to look thru other types of cards that aren't "labeled" (i.e. invitation, birth announcement) as what you are looking for. Any of our designs can be changed to suit your needs.

PLACING YOUR ORDER:::

When you've decided on a design, use our simple cart to add the quantity that you need (minimum quantities apply where specified) and any options that you want. You can upload 1 image at the time of ordering. Any additoinal photos or if your photo is too large can be emailed to "Photos@memoriestoo.com". Please include your name in the sugject line so I can keep photos with the correct file.

You can add your information and any specific details in the "card info" box. Here is where you can add that you want it changed to a birth announcement or the colors changed, etc. If you want it to happen, I can probably make it happen :)

PROOFING:::

Within 48 - 72 BUSINESS hours, you will receive your digital proof. Please check over ALL information including spelling and information. If everything is correct, simply send an email back telling me that it's good to go to press! Please note that by business hours, I mean Monday thru Friday. **Please remember to check your spam folder if you haven't received your proof within 72 hours.**  Please also note that during busy seasons (holidays) that proofing can take up to a week. Please plan accordingly.

Pricing includes ONE round of revisions that you specify during the ordering process.Any additional changes/proofs requested will be charged at a rate of $5.00 per proof.

 PRINTING:::

Upon final approval of your proof, your file is sent to the printer. The printer normally takes about 2 days for printing and then shipping back to my studio. I then check everything to make sure it's perfect and ship it out to you via the delivery that you ordered at checkout.

**Please note that once the file is submitted to the printer, I have no control over the printing times or shipping times. Sending me an ugly email will not help. If you need expedited service, make sure you order the rush service & expedited shipping.**

SHIPPING:::

Your order is shipped via the carrier that you choose at checkout. During busy times of the, (i.e. Holidays) shipping times vary. Priority mail normally takes 2-3 days but can take up to 10 at Christmas or if there is a snow storm, for example, that causes delays. There is no way for me or you to track packages sent via USPS. If you are one who needs to know where your package is at all times, please use the UPS shipping feature. You will be given a tracking number to track your package.
