• Minimum resolution of 1280x680 (you can check this by going to the file in your folder & running your mouse over the file. It will show you a window with information on the photo.)
• Sharp, crisp focus of the subject.
• Good lighting (not dark)
• DO NOT alter the image before sending. Any cropping or color changes can be done after we receive your photo.
• DO NOT resize the image to send.
• Professionally taken photos must be accompanied by a copyright release form signed by your photographer. Click here for a form you can print out. By submitting photos to MemoriesToo.com, you are stating that you have permission to use the photo(s) and/or own the copyright.
• We reserve the right to use any of our designs and your photos for advertising and/or on our website. If you would prefer that we not use your photo, please send us an email and we will remove your photo(s).

We are not responsible for images that are blurry or pixelated.

We also reserve the right to refuse images based on the image quality.
